Truly Happy!

Be inspired
 by the beauty that surrounds you.

Be in awe
of the marvels of life.

Be content
with the mysteries of life
that will await future generations to discover.

 Be thankful
 for the many gifts you have in your life.

Then,
and only then,
  will you truly be happy.

Hopeful Wishes Fulfilled!

I am but the messenger,
who just wants to say...

I am here to give you
H O P E
if only for today.

So take this gift I give to you
and cherish it, in kind.

The lesson that it teaches us
IS TO:
keep one another
IN MIND.

L I F E is an Opportunity to L O V E.

Never let an opportunity
to express
thankfulness and awareness
pass you by...
for that is
an opportunity lost.
~~~~~~~
Expressions of
LOVE,
CARING,
GRATITUDE,
and THANKFULNESS,
are but gifts
that are for the giving
and sharing;
carried within you
at all times,
throughout this journey
Random Acts of Kindness
What is free to give, where there is no end to the supply?
Random Acts of Kindness.
********
What qualifies as a "Random Act of Kindness"?
There are many actions that can be
Random Acts of Kindness!
***************
Here are a few ideas
to help you get started on your own path
to contributing to the world with
Random Acts of Kindness:
Listening to someone who needs a person to talk to and not
paying attention to how much time you are spending, before they are finished talking.
Asking someone if they could use some help with something in their life that is difficult for them to accomplish, on their own.  This could be helping them unload their groceries, preparing a meal, folding their laundry, or checking on them regularly.
Paying attention to the people around you and noticing when they are not as happy as usual or having a difficult day, then offering your time to listen and/or support.
Surprising someone, unexpectedly, with something you know they would love (that does not have to cost money). Usually, all it takes is a little creativity and a few minutes of your time. This could be as simple as getting something for them while you are up, or going that way, to surprising them with something like a blanket, warm cup of coffee, or retrieving the mail for them.
Doing the unexpected simply by making an extra batch of cookies or doubling a meal recipe, then delivering it to them when it is convenient to you.  They will be shocked, surprised, and happy to have the relief of having something homemade that they did not have to dream up and prepare themselves.  The thought of that kind act, will resonate long into the future.
These are but a few examples of Random Acts of Kindness, but I am sure you can come up with your own unique ideas that easily fit into your normal everyday life.
Notice that the examples that I gave all begin with an action word:  Listening, acting, paying attention, surprising, and doing the unexpected.
What can you think of that would qualify as a
Random Act of Kindness?
Please comment below
so that we can share our ideas and pass on the good
to the people who need it the most.
Improve the quality of someones day
simply by acknowledging them with eye contact
and smiling.
Talk to you soon!
Look for the Positive Around You!
Look for the positive around you
and suddenly,
you will find,
it is in everything and everyone!
 It's been there all along.
You just weren't looking for it,
in the right way.
Think Positive!
Positive thoughts become positive actions.
Positive actions become positive gifts.
Positive gifts become positive memories.
Positive memories become positive lessons for life.
Sharing your positive lessons that you have learned from life is your way of giving back to the world in a positive way.
It is contributing what you have learned,
so that others may also learn.
That, is a positive thought.
Being Thankful - Mindful Awareness - Gratitude
When you hear yourself saying "I have to..."
change your attitude and say "I get to...".
~Kim Franklin-Magana
There are so many things we take for granted these days that we sometimes forget how fortunate we are to have the opportunity to do what we now perceive as work.
A job is most commonly thought of as work, of course, but what does that job then allow us to do, buy, experience, or improve?  When someone first lands a job, they are so happy because they see it as a way to benefit and improve the quality of their life.  Then something happens...they become accustomed to their new way of living and forget the life they once had before the job was in their life that improved it in the first place.
That is why mindfulness is so important to your everyday happiness.  Gratitude, for the common experiences in your life, is an important factor to your overall happiness in general.
When was the last time you thought, I get to cook dinner, do the laundry, wash the dishes, and clean my house?
Without a washer and dryer you might have to go to a laundry mat and spend hours of the day, not to mention the money, doing your laundry on an ongoing basis in order to have clean clothes.  You would also not have the luxury of your laundry in process while you are somewhere else in the house, cooking dinner, spending time with family, enjoying quiet restful time, or working on various other projects around the home.
Without a dishwasher, you would have to wash each item by hand and be stuck in the kitchen long after the meal was over cleaning and scrubbing, only to have to repeat this task, day in and day out.
Without a house...well you get the picture.
Mindful awareness is the key to everyday happiness in your life.  Change the settings in your brain, the way you so easily change the settings on your computer or T.V. remote to,
"I feel fortunate and grateful for the blessings and opportunities that my life has given me."
Then, the only thing left to do is ENJOY THE FRUITS (or in this case, dessert's) of your labor!
Freedom to decide...
Freedom is not about money.
Freedom is about time.
 Freedom
is the ability
to be able to decide
what you do
with your time.
