Teen 'knockout game' continues to harm innocent people

The worrying 'game' is played by choosing victims at random and trying to knock them to the ground with one punch. More and more people report being victimized by its callous 'players.'

The bystander effect or Genovese syndrome 
is a social psychological phenomenon 
that refers to cases where individuals 
do not offer any means of help in an emergency situation 
to the victim 
when other people are present.

When Carnegie retired from business in 1901, he set about in earnest to distribute his fortune.
